제리 미첼은 미시간 주, 파파야에서 태어났다. 미첼은 브로드웨이 무대에 일찍 오르게 된다. <The Will Rogers Follies>와 <Brigadoon, 리바이벌>, <On Your Toes>의 무대에 섰다.
미첼이 안무자로서 처음으로 맡았던 작품은 1999년 올려진 <You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown>과 <The Full Monty>이다.
미첼은 많은 작품에 연출을 맡았으며, 뮤지컬 영화 <Camp>, <In & Out>, <Drop Dead Gorgeous> 등의 안무를 맡았으며, <The Drew Carey Show>는 에미 어워드에 노미네이트 되었다.
연출과 안무를 함께 맡은 작품인 <Legally Blonde: The musical>은 2007년 4월에 올려졌으며, <Step It Up and Dance>도 올려졌다.
미첼은 라스 베가스 쇼의 안무와 연출을 하고 있으며, 영화 <Catch Me If You Can>의 뮤지컬 버전 작업을 하고 있는 중이다.
바비는 펜실버니아 주, 스크랜톤에서 태어났으며, 그는 뮤지컬 <Grease> 오리지널 프로덕션에서 로저 역을 맡아 공연하였다. 또한, <Guys and Dolls>에서는 나산 레인 역할을 맡았다.
