1989년 뉴욕 대학교를 졸업하였으며, 작가 겸 연출을 하고 있으며, 아틀란틱 씨어터 컴퍼니에 소속되어 있다. 그는 토니어워즈에 두 번 노미네이트 되었으며, <Lovemusik>, <Is He Dead>> 에 출연하였다.
